Waterfall Farm offers a range of self-catering units spread across 80 hectares. Honey Cottage (sleeps 7) has two queen bedrooms, a room with three single beds, one bathroom with bath, private pool, hot tub, fireplace, and braai. Daisy Cottage (sleeps 4) includes a king and twin bedroom, one bathroom with bath, pool, hot tub, fireplace, and braai. Weavers Cottage (sleeps 4) sits in an orchard with a queen and twin bedroom, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, braai, bathroom with bath, and an outdoor shower on the second bedroom patio. Sugarbush Cabin (sleeps 2) is an A-frame on a dam with a double bed, kitchenette, eco compost toilet, cold outdoor shower, and no Wi-Fi - a back-to-basics stay. Tiny Home on Orchard (sleeps 2) is a rustic caravan conversion with an elevated loft bed, eco compost toilet, cold outdoor shower, and no Wi-Fi (not suitable for limited mobility). Camping accommodates up to 24 guests with shared ablutions (2 toilets, 5 outdoor showers, 2 indoor showers). A hostel sleeps 4 in single beds with shared ablutions. Small well-behaved dogs are welcome in certain units.

Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Braai facilities (barbecue) are provided at all cottages and camping areas. For supplies, Oppi Hoek Café, Spar, and Tops are about a 10-minute drive away in Citrusdal. No restaurant is on-site, so guests prepare their own meals.

A natural waterfall and swimming holes are a 10-minute walk (about 900 metres) from all units. Ancient Khoisan rock art is reachable via a 45-minute walk on the property. The farm has an outdoor swimming pool with a view, hot spring bath, hot tub, and sun loungers. Activities include hiking, a children's playground, games room, and a private beach area. Wildlife such as grey rhebuck, klipspringer, duiker, and occasional caracal can be seen. Night skies are exceptional, with frequent Milky Way sightings. The farm also provides a picnic area, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor fireplace.

Waterfall Farm is located in the remote Cederberg, about 10 km from Citrusdal. The property is a working farm surrounded by citrus orchards and fynbos. The nearest tar road is close. Public transport is limited, so a car is recommended. Free parking, including accessible parking, is available. The farm is about a 2.5-hour drive from Cape Town.

The farm offers a 24-hour front desk, private check-in/check-out, safety deposit boxes, and lockers. Laundry service is available. Wi-Fi is free in some areas (not in Sugarbush or Tiny Home). Facilities include a shared lounge/TV area, BBQ facilities, outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and sun terrace. For families: board games, puzzles, indoor play area, kids' outdoor play equipment, and a children's playground. The property has wheelchair-accessible toilets and rooms, a designated smoking area, and non-smoking rooms. Key access and fire extinguishers are provided. Staff are friendly and can arrange firewood, but guests should bring their own if needed. Pets are allowed in certain units.
